Smile

Give yourself a big smile today (and every following day). Especially the parts of yourself that you are not satisfied with or that feel tense.

A smile is always beneficial. But in spring especially, a smile is a healing treat that you cannot give yourself often enough. For example, end the day by scanning your body from your feet to your crown. Feel every area and notice any tensions or temperature differences. Give an inner smile to every part of the body that you pass with your attention. Note that your smile has a soothing effect.

The meridians of Liver and Gallbladder are extra active in the spring. But they are also sensitive to blockages. These blockages cause tension or a feeling of frustration and irritation.

A smile is a natural force that undoes these tensions and makes the energy flow again. This is not only true for yourself, but also for contact with others.
