Author and Specialist

My book, "Do-In: Tao Yoga for Health and Energy," is internationally recognized as a definitive work in the field. To deepen the practice of meridian stretching, I also authored "The Essence of Makkō-hō and the Stretches of Masunaga" and "Pregnant in Balance." For the youngest generation, I wrote "Journey to the Eagle," a collection of meditative stories rooted in the transformative wisdom of shamanism.

The Do-In Academy

In 2013, I founded the Do-In Academy, with our comprehensive training programs officially launching in 2014. At the Academy, I offer apprenticeships designed for those who wish to master the depths of Eastern medicine—whether for personal growth or to share it as a teacher, trainer, or coach.

With a decade of experience teaching thousands of students and guiding countless personal journeys, I regularly share my insights through continuing education courses, lectures, and at international spiritual festivals.
